Georgeous place to spend the day working. Bright, airy space with lots of plants and ample space to work. Plenty of cabins for calls and a well equiped kitchen with free tea and coffee! Lovely to have the very gentle, friendly dogs roaming around saying hello.
The owners, who are very kind and helpful, try hard to make it a social hub, organizing film nights and breakfasts that encourage members to share their projects.

Área is an amazing place to work. Full of plants, natural light and nice people.
Hugo is really helpful and kind.
I also enjoyed that is a pet friendly place, so you can find fluffy friends if you need an active pause.

Got to deliver a training courtesy of my client in one of their meeting rooms and the experience was amazing. It’s easy to locate as it’s close to the city centre. I love the ambiance and interior decor of the facility esp the greenery everywhere (natural flowers and plants, unlike most places where they use synthetic). The staff - Prati and owner, Hugo were very courteous and friendly and always happy to help when you need one. I even got to enjoy the banana cake (which goes well with the free coffee/tea they provide) Hugo made which for me as a foodie is why I’ll always come back for more like Oliver Twist. I’ve been delivering trainings for almost 15 years across various countries and must say “Area Coworking” stands out.

Hugo ha sido enormemente amable. Es un lugar en el que no sólo se trabaja con una paz absoluta y en un entorno muy cualitativo, sino en el que además se preocupan de las personas y de hacer todo lo posible para que se sientan a gusto.

Perfect Co-Working space! I compared a few online and made the right choice. Hugo is super helpful with all questions and the space is just lovely. Good vibes, great surrounding with lots of plants, open modern space. Also the atmosphere is very good for focussed work. With great subway connections and sweet restaurants around I could not ask for me! Absolutely recommended!

A beautifully designed co-working space. Spacious, clean, modern, full of plants and natural light. Everyone who works here is quiet and respectful - and it’s dog friendly too. Both the hot-desking and fixed desk options are comfortable and convenient. Owners Hugo and Jack organise monthly brunches and other social activities.

Gorgeous, welcoming space (full of plants and natural light!!) that I love visiting whenever I cowork. Reliable wifi, friendly staff, complete with a coffee machine (with various milks including soy and oat milk). It's well located with several lunch options nearby as well. Can't forget the adorable little doggie who comes by to say hello every now and then. My team and I have tried coworking spaces all over Madrid, but we always come back to Area.

Area fue una gran elección a la hora de elegir un buen lugar para mi trabajo en mi visita a Madrid, luego de una gran búsqueda en Google y leer una gran cantidad de reviews sobre varios espacios. Con una gran arquitectura, mucho espacio, mucho verde, y con todos los detalles muy bien cuidados forman un gran ambiente totalmente agradable para desarrollar mi trabajo. Una atención excelente de parte de los chicos y todas las comodidades para que mi jornada sean totalmente placentera.

It was a good place for couple of days, but no clear rules with conference calls, and not enough booths for that purpose, you might need to book a meeting room, which is not the most efficient. Asked by the staff to apply common sense on answering phone calls, in a co-working space, where people was taking phone calls or meeting calls all the time, and that meant to not answering, while other people was doing exactly that at the same time. For me common sense is that in co working space you expect to hear other people talking.

Very bright and cool and comfy spot to work in the best conditions. The wifi works perfectly, it's quiet and with many spaces you can isolate yourself if you have a call. It even has the cutest dog :)

A lo largo de mi trayectoria profesional he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar en varios Coworkings y Area con bastante diferencia es el mejor. Las instalaciones son increíbles, super luminosas, amplias y bien cuidadas. Y el trato de Hugo, Jack y Rufi es de 10. Sin duda uno de los mejores espacios de Madrid para ir a trabajar.

Coworking súper recomendado! El lugar es precioso, muy bien iluminado, ofrece todas las facilidades para trabajar cómodamente y lo mejor es que tienen un perrito monisimo llamado Rufi que simplemente le alegra el día a cualquiera.

Area marca claramente la diferencia en cuanto al concepto `coworking´ en Madrid. El espacio es amplio, luminoso, lleno de plantas y no tienes la sensación de estar en una oficina triste, ya sabes :D Tienes acceso a un montón de comodidades que en otros espacios ni siquiera existen. Destacar también el buen gusto arquitectónico y de diseño del lugar. Sin duda de mis sitios preferidos! Gracias

This really is a stunning co-working space in a great area of Madrid. Even the smallest details have been considered to make it easy for you to work. On top of that the owners are great people and always happy to help.
And - last but not least - the coffee is to die for.

Best coworking in Madrid. I have been working from coworking spaces for the past 2 years in different countries and this one is the one of the best I had a chance to be in. Space is beautiful full of plants an natural lightning, chairs are super comfortable, great lighting and the guys who opened it are amazing.

Precioso y cómodo espacio para trabajar con mucha luz natural y muy bien acondicionado. Mesas amplias y cómodas con enchufes en cada mesa. Cocina bien equipada . Un espacio muy agradable con unos dueños atentos y que cuidan todo al detalle. Un lugar que despierta buena energía.

Me encanta trabajar en Area. Es un espacio de coworking muy luminoso con todas las facilidades que necesitas.
Si te gusta trabajar en un lugar cómodo, con gente increíble y muchas plantas, este es el sitio. Hay muuuuchas plantas, es maravilloso.
PS. : El grifo de agua con gas es una pasada.

Por fin un espacio de coworking al nivel de otros en los que he estado. He viajado mucho y hasta ahora no había encontrado algo parecido en Madrid. El equipo es muy cercano y te ayudan con lo que necesites. El espacio es cómodo, súper luminoso, con un diseño increíble (qué hay mejor que trabajar rodeado de plantas!) y con todas las facilidades. Hay muchas opciones de comida alrededor también, aunque tienen su propia cocina si quieres prepararte un sandwich o dejar snacks. En conclusión, un coworking 100% recomendado. De ahí no me muevo.
