The rooms were definitely the highlight of our stay. They are spacious, comfortable, and have nice balconies, which we really enjoyed.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very disappointing and far below what we would expect from a five-star hotel. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and basic amenities such as coffee, milk capsules and water bottles were not replenished.
‏Breakfast was average and quite basic. The selection and overall quality did not reflect

Spent a long weekend here and initially there was a problem with the air conditioning, not ideal in July when it’s 38° outside but to their credit they had someone look at it within a couple of hours and it was perfect. Hotel was spotlessly clean and front of house was great whenever we needed taxis etc.

The Gran Melia Victoria is my home in Palma de Mallorca for some years already and hopefully many more years. Everything is marvellous and there are wonderful people like Alicia that help me with any possible details that I might need.The rooms are newly renovated with the best views all over the harbour you can imagine but the people like Carlos and all the other staff is always super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is outstanding and the bars are cosy with its skilled waiters. That all makes it my home in Palma.

Wir haben im Mai einige Tage im Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll renoviert und hochwertig eingerichtet. Besonders der großzügige Balkon mit Blick auf die Marina und die Kathedrale von Palma ist beeindruckend.

Der Check-in verlief professionell und herzlich, das gesamte Team war während unseres Aufenthalts stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein echtes Highlight war die Möglichkeit, direkt über das Hotel kostenlos einen Audi Q6 für einen Tag zu nutzen – ganz ohne den üblichen Aufwand einer Mietwagenbuchung. Dadurch konnten wir unkompliziert einen Teil der Insel erkunden. Diesen besonderen Service kannten wir bereits aus dem Gran Meliá Palacio de los Duques in Madrid, wo uns ein Audi A6 zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Ein tolles Angebot, das den Aufenthalt spürbar aufwertet.

Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und gepflegt, der Service aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr bemüht, wirkte jedoch teilweise etwas unorganisiert. Die starke Abgrenzung zum Red Level empfanden wir als etwas übertrieben.

Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, die Altstadt ist jedoch gut erreichbar.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá ein stilvolles Haus mit schöner Aussicht, sehr gutem Service und einem besonderen Gästeerlebnis. Wir können das Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Palma gerne weiterempfehlen.

Acabamos de pasar una semana de vacaciones inolvidable en el Hotel Victoria Gran Meliá de Mallorca y solo podemos dar las gracias por la experiencia.

Desde el primer día nos sentimos como en casa. Las instalaciones son fantásticas, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la ubicación es perfecta y cada rincón del hotel transmite calidad y tranquilidad. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el equipo humano.

Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Alessandra, que nos ha cuidado de una forma excepcional durante toda la estancia. Siempre atenta, cercana, amable y pendiente de que no nos faltara absolutamente nada. Gracias a ella nos hemos sentido como si esta hubiera sido nuestra segunda casa. Personas así convierten unas buenas vacaciones en un recuerdo inolvidable.

Gracias también a todo el personal por su profesionalidad, su simpatía y el cariño con el que tratan a los huéspedes. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado.

Nos vamos con mucha pena, pero con la certeza de que volveremos muy pronto. ¡Mil gracias por todo!

Estuvimos en el Victoria Gran café cenando. Comida de restaurante estrella michelín. La cocteleria de Ernesto es espectacular. Totalmente recomendable.

Quiero destacar especialmente a Carlos Blanco, que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera mucho mejor. Desde el primer momento estuvo siempre atento, amable, simpático y con una actitud genuinamente profesional. Siempre tenía una sonrisa, se preocupaba por que todo estuviera bien y estaba dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier momento.

Es el tipo de persona que marca la diferencia entre un buen hotel y una experiencia verdaderamente memorable. Su trato cercano, su dedicación y su excelente atención al cliente reflejan un nivel de servicio de cinco estrellas.

Muchas gracias, Carlos, por tu hospitalidad y por hacer que nos sintiéramos tan bien atendidos. Sin duda, personas como tú son una de las grandes razones por las que merece la pena volver. ¡Enhorabuena al Meliá por contar con un profesional de este nivel!

Hotel Gran Meliá Victoria is simply outstanding – a truly exceptional 5-star experience!

From the moment you arrive, you’re made to feel special. We were welcomed with warm smiles and a refreshing chilled glass of Prosecco, setting the tone for a wonderful stay.

The rooms are beautifully designed, combining elegance with practicality, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night’s sleep.

Our initial room was unfortunately located next to the lift shaft, so we experienced some noise during the night. However, the guest services team handled the situation with absolute professionalism and genuine care, arranging a room change the very next day without any fuss. Their willingness to help and commitment to guest satisfaction was exemplary.

We stayed on a half-board basis and opted to swap dinner for lunch, which worked perfectly for us. The dining experience exceeded all expectations, with an extensive selection of beautifully prepared dishes. The quality of the food was exceptional, and every meal was a delight. A special mention must go to Ana Luisa, our waitress, who was so friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The cocktails were expertly crafted and among the best we’ve enjoyed.

One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s partnership with Audi, which gave us complimentary use of an Audi Q6 e-tron for the day. We made the most of this fantastic perk, driving to the beautiful Camp de Mar beach before heading to Portals Nous for dinner – an unforgettable experience.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of Palma’s charming Old Town. However, in the 34°C summer heat, we’d recommend taking a taxi, which costs around €15 and is well worth it.

Quite simply, we couldn’t fault this hotel. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the attention to detail throughout was second to none. We would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend Gran Meliá Victoria to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and genuinely first-class stay in Palma.

Great hotel, we stayed for 4 nights. Pool was great, staff were superb and friendly. Nice location, just opposite the marina which was good for an evening stroll. Rooms were clean and ours over looked the pool and marina. We will return!

Had a fabulous time at the Victoria Gran Melia, visited 18/6/26-22/6/26. Stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious and very comfortable.
Our guest relations member of staff was Ariana - she was excellent! Her love and knowledge for Palma was evident as she gave us recommendations of where to eat and visit which were excellent choices!

Fue una de las mejores experiencias que he vivido en un hotel.

Tanto el hotel, como el trato de los camareros y el ambiente, te hacían sentir todo glamour, como si estuviéramos en una luna de miel.
A destacar indiscutiblemente los desayunos tan logrados que hacen.

Zumos 100% naturales de diferentes frutas, mucha variedad en bollería y pan de tostadas.
Tortillas de huevo hechas al momento pudiendo añadirle el ingrediente que más te apetezca, tortitas... Todo buenísimo y atención de 10! También tienen bebidas vegetales para quienes lo deseen y el café está muy bueno.

Cada noche, en la habitación, nos dejaban unos pétalos+ un detalle y el pronóstico del tiempo puesto en la televisión.
Los enseres de baño los repusieron todos los días y la limpieza es buena.

A veces tienen música en directo en la terraza del hotel y es una experiencia muy bonita.

El restaurante que está en el hotel es muy recomendable.

Después de 7 años he vuelto. No recordaba haber puesto esta reseña. Coincido totalmente con lo anteriormente. Sigue siendo todo un acierto.
A destacar la atención de Ana, de recepción. Muy profesional y muy amable. Me ayudó a escoger mi escapada en barco ajustándose mis gustos.

I have been staying at Hotel Victoria Gran Melia every year for the past 20 years and they have just hosted my wedding in June .
They exceeded all of our expectations and the level of service and attention to detail was outstanding .
All the guests that stayed at the Hotel said how amazing the rooms/service and setting was and would be certain to return to the hotel in the future .
Its location is perfect for getting in and out of the city and all it has to offer .
The staff at reception were so accommodating and went beyond ,they helped with early check ins/late check outs and the staff on the front of hotel ensured luggage was taken to rooms .
i totally recommend this place if you are considering getting married abroad ,but most of all i recommend this Hotel as the perfect holiday stay .

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Red Level Zimmer sind sehr schön und alles war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise perfekt organisiert. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Ana und Olympia im Restaurant. Sie waren immer aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Carlos war ebenfalls sehr nett und herzlich. Wir möchten uns auch bei der blonden Dame bedanken, die uns eingecheckt hat. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, auch wenn wir uns leider nicht mehr an ihren Namen erinnern. Das Audi-Erlebnis können wir ebenfalls sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
