Hotel Catalonia Donosti

We stayed for 5 days and I must say the service from the staff was exceptional very welcoming, very helpful and friendly. There is a very new feel to the hotel so clean. The roof top bar which has a amazing views of all of San Sebastian along with the pool area. Also extremely central a 10 min walk to the old town.
Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back if we visit San Sebastian again

Encantado con el buen trato que me ha dado prácticamente todo el personal y me ha encantado esos pequeños detalles que hacen diferenciarse de otros sitios como que vengan a ofrecerte más agua o infusiones a la habitación. He disfrutado de la experiencia y lo recomendaría 100% alojarse aquí y las facilidades que me han dado, y la localización increíble a pocos metros de la playa de la Concha y el desayuno para mí bastante bueno y cosas que por ejemplo otros hoteles no ofrecen como refrescos y otras bebidas en el desayuno me ha encantado la verdad.
Repetiría sin duda.

Experiencia genial. Nos han tratado súper bien todo el equipo de recepción. Además Jon nos ayudó a buscar restaurantes para cenar exquisito, e incluso se encargó de reservarlos.

Las instalaciones son muy tranquilas y bonitas. El restaurante para desayunar es genial y la comida exquisita. Recomiendo el rooftop para tomar algo y ver el sunset. Y la piscina es súper bonita aunque no la usamos. Se duerme muy a gusto. Quizás en breves haya que remodelar las habitaciones en breves y darles otro estilo, y será aún mejor.

Tuvimos suerte de poder utilizar el parking del hotel, y se lo agradecemos porque sino la experiencia no hubiera sido lo mismo.

Sin duda, volveremos. Gracias por todo

Un bel hôtel avec un personnel chaleureux. Néanmoins quelques defaults, notamment au niveau des chambres elles sont plus que spacieuses pourtant les WC sont dans la salle de bain, pas dans une pièce séparée. Ce genre de détails m’empêche de vous attribuer X5 étoiles.
Une très belle vu du rooftop et de la chambre.

Stayed for just one night in the road home from Estepona to EuroTunnel. Great hotel with probably the best view from a rooftop hotel. Secure parking which was important. Decent drinks and food as well. Also easy to walk out to the beach and old town. Would recommend if you need a stay over in San Sebastián.

Magnifique hôtel avec ascenseur privé pour aller en centre-ville et la mer. Petit déjeuner excellent. piscine avec magnifique vue (ferme un peu tôt et ouvre un peu tard). Attention : Beaucoup de petits enfants en août qui perturbent un peu la quiétude de l’établissement.

Fantastic hotel with amazing views of the bay. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. All of the staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast spread is incredible! My favorite part is that the bedding includes a flat sheet between me and the duvet!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is nice, and the AC works well. We appreciated the complimentary water each day, along with tea and coffee making facilities. The location is fantastic - near to the train/bus station, town, and there is an elevator straight to the street. We also enjoyed the free welcome drink. The bar near reception is nice, but the rooftop bar is the standout feature. It has beautiful views! However, I have to take one star off because there are no where near enough beds or seats by the pool. There is plenty more space that could utilized for seating, and without this it was a stressful experience trying to get a bed. Everyone was experiencing this when this should be relaxing. My one recommendation is to increase the number of seats by the pool (and also add more umbrellas)

Great location, amazing breakfast options, great room (suite), quiet at nighttime. Nice little gym, great library area for working and reading. Pet friendly too so next time we may bring our dog. Walking distance 10 mins to beach and shopping and about 25 mins walk to the other beach with bigger waves. About 15 mins walk into the old town for excellent Pinto’s. Good and tough morning walk up the hill and around the castle (1 hour). Good morning breakfast service from Mbark- thank you!

Great 4 star Hotel, perfectly located for stroling around San Sebastian. Very clean!Private and Public lift convenient for access height of Hotel, that overlooks the whole town. Room Top bar and pool are a nice add on. Fine to areas to chill in between outings. Spa is a good small Spa. Massage was very good. Gym did the trick to keep basic habits going while away. Breakfast was on point, the egg man was good (I have see bad egg men). This is 4 star service people, great service! Nice staff! Would happily stay again and recommend. If looking for a Hotel in the area, I doubt you will do better at San Sebastian pricing.

Wir haben eine Rundreise durch Nordspanien gemacht. Von allen Hotels war dieses das beste. Tolles Frühstück, schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick und zum kurzen Abkühlen gibt es einen kleinen Pool auf dem Dach, welcher aber nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Klasse Lage zur Stadt mittels Aufzug.

We stayed here for 4 nights - the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, location was perfect and it really helped having the private lift to take us into town, and the staff were an absolute delight - so attentive and friendly. Special shout out to Mbark who always greeted us with a smile on his face when we came down for breakfast each morning. Breakfast selection was also great. Would highly recommend this hotel!

初めてのサンセバスチャンでこちらに泊まりました。
ビーチや旧市街からは、少し歩いて坂を登った丘の上にありますが、専用のエントランスがあるおかげで、暑い日にもスムーズに館内へアクセスでき助かりました！
スパ（宿泊者は１時間利用できる）には、数種類のジャグジーがありサウナも２種類、水風呂もあり大変よかったです。
エステも利用しましたが、静かなリラックス空間で癒されました。事前にカウンセリングシートに記入するので、既往症、マッサージの強弱やお好みが伝わり、セラピストとのコミュニケーションが苦手な私にも安心でした。エステ&マッサージ利用でさらにスパ利用が１時間のキャンペーン中でした。
ジムも最新機材で、タオルとウォーターサーバーも完備、施設はどこも清潔感がありました。
モダンなまだ新しいホテルの印象で、清潔で開放感があるホテルでした。

Fab breakfast. Walkable to old town but uphill back but manageable. Rooms with balcony very nice. Handy for shops.

Decent overall. There was a strange smell in the common areas for the first 2 days and the housekeeping was a little sloppy but the front desk staff were helpful. Reasonably priced, comfortable and convenient but no frills.
