Boutique Hotel de la más alta calidad en el centro histórico de Palma. La remodelación es reciente y de primera calidad. Su restaurante es excelente con platos muy innovadores. Pero lo más importante es que la atención de todo el personal es es sobresaliente

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. After being scammed by the first hotel we booked, arriving here truly felt like coming home. From the moment we walked in, everyone greeted us so warmly and made us feel comfortable right away.

A special thank you to Emmanuel, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit.

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, smelled amazing the moment you walked in, and everything was spotless and incredibly clean. The service from the entire staff was exceptional, and every part of our experience exceeded our expectations.

We are so grateful for the way we were treated and will definitely be coming back to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Séjour exceptionnel au Concepció by Nobis.
L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une décoration particulièrement réussie : élégante, chaleureuse et parfaitement intégrée à l’architecture du lieu. Chaque espace est pensé avec beaucoup de goût et de cohérence.

Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif : produits de grande qualité, très belle sélection et service impeccable.

L’expérience a surtout été marquée par la qualité humaine du service, extrêmement attentionné tout au long du séjour. Mention spéciale à Natalia à l’accueil pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, ainsi qu’à Arnold au restaurant, absolument remarquable.

Un lieu haut de gamme sans être prétentieux, où l’on se sent réellement bien. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

If we come back to Palma (and we definitely will) this is the only place we’d stay.

Concepció by Nobis is perfectly located. Right near the centre, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and private. The hotel itself is stunning. The fusion of Nordic minimalism with the building’s deep Spanish heritage is absolutely beautiful. The design feels warm, elegant, understated, and full of character all at once. We even got to tour the hidden passage leading up to the little rooftop lookout which was almost like a tiny lighthouse. The building’s history as a converted soap factory makes it even more special. Who would have imagined an old factory could have such beautiful arches, stone walls, and architectural details?

What truly made the stay unforgettable, though, was the team. The staff don’t just recognise you; they genuinely know you. They anticipate things before you even ask. The hotel is incredibly well staffed & someone is always around when needed, but never intrusive.

The junior suite was spacious, elegant, and extremely well equipped. There was immense attention to detail throughout the entire stay. Little extras kept appearing without us even asking for them. When we visited the sauna, the team even offered to close off the spa area completely so we could have total privacy.

The breakfast was fresh, good quality, and t(o)asty every day. The main spread stayed mostly the same, but there were custom dishes you could order as well, which kept things interesting.

The pool is on the smaller side, so it’s not really for swimming laps but that’s not even the point here. It’s perfect for relaxing with a drink, having a snack, cooling off, and sunbathing. They even provide a beach bag and towels ready for you to take out for the day, which is such a thoughtful touch.

This hotel is visually beautiful, yes but the warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism of the team are what made the experience truly special. Whenever we return to Palma, this will be our hotel every single time.

Beautiful hotel near to the old quarter. Good food and drink places nearby but in a quiet street. Very friendly and helpful staff, plus a fabulous breakfast.

The hotel makes a strong first impression. The staff are generally warm and welcoming, and the overall design and ambience are undeniably classy, with some thoughtful details that suggest a high-end experience.

However, the reality didn’t quite live up to that promise.

One of the most disappointing aspects was the room service. The menu is essentially a direct copy of the restaurant and heavily meat-based. For a hotel of this standard, you would expect a broader, more considered offering — especially when dining in your room. The lack of non-meat options felt restrictive and out of step with what should be a more inclusive, general offering.

There was also very little accessible information about the hotel. Staff repeatedly said everything was available via the TV, but despite being fairly tech-savvy, I couldn’t find any useful menus or guidance there. It simply wasn’t functioning as described.

While housekeeping did a good job overall, the timing and awareness were lacking. At one point, I tried to enjoy a quiet coffee on the balcony, only to have the experience completely disrupted by a vacuum cleaner being used right next to me.

Most frustrating, though, was the response to feedback. When I raised these issues, they were acknowledged with polite smiles but ultimately ignored. At both reception and checkout, there was little sense of genuine interest in resolving concerns.

In the end, it felt like a three-star experience presented as something more premium. I chose to leave early and move to another hotel, which felt like the right decision given how feedback was handled

Hotel de 5 estrellas que en Barcelona sería de 4 en lo que a las habitaciones se refiere.
El servicio sin embargo de 10. Desde la recepción, pasando por las camareras de piso y el personal del restaurante, todos amabilísimos y mirando en todo momento por tu bienestar.
La comida algo restringida a mi gusto para las comidas/cenas.. pero supongo por las fechas en las que estuve.
El desayuno sin embargo de 10 con buffet frío y platos calientes cocinados al momento.

Fuimos a almorzar el viernes. Nos llevamos una gran sorpresa ya que la atención fue excelente. La calidad de la comida nos ha sorprendido gratamente. La ecuaccion calidad precio es muy conveniente. Recomendado a los amigos (y para los desconocidos también).

We stayed at Nobis Concepció Palma for almost a week. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but considering the price, I would probably not stay here again. Next time, I’d rather choose the real Nobis located next door — the small extra cost is definitely worth it.

Nobis Concepció is a good hotel, but absolutely not worth the high rates. There are only about 30 rooms, and the plunge pool area has just a few sunbeds, which were always occupied. We stayed in the entry-level room, and it was far too cramped for two people to stay comfortably.

On the positive side, the front desk and staff are wonderful — genuinely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also fantastic, with food good enough to visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

The biggest downside was the breakfast setup. You enter an area with a “please wait to be seated” sign, which is meant for the restaurant’s evening service, so guests end up waiting unnecessarily. There aren’t enough tables for everyone, and even when a table opens up, there are often dirty dishes left behind. Staff are doing their best, but it’s obvious they are understaffed.

Overall, a disappointing stay for over 500 USD per night — not a five-star experience

We loved our stay! The service and attention to guests was incredible - we got there a little earlier than expected and they took care of our bags and kept us up to date on room availability. Our house keeping was also fantastic. The hotel has everything and anything you need for a comfy stay - from an amazing breakfast spread, sauna, pool and gym to a speaker system in your room to connect via bluetooth and jam out. Not to mention that the location was also central to everything in city center. We will def visit again!! ????

The best part about Concepcio is its location. It is SUPER close to many of the major spots in Palma, easy to walk around and get places, or grab a taxi. However, parking is a nightmare (we needed a car for the other towns we stayed in, and visited Palma in the middle of our trip) , we got three parking tickets. The explanation about parking on the website isn't very clear, and the parking officers will give you a ticket if you are even 1 minute late paying via the app.

ANYWAY, things we also loved about Concepcio:

The breakfasts -- best coffee and food spread, lots of juices, great eggs and signature Mallorcan pastries, lots of fruit, oatmeal etc. Super tasty.

The front desk staff is very helpful
The beds were comfy
The pool area is really cute and chill
The bar has a great spirit selection

Cons about Concepcio:
The AC in our room sucked -- It was very hot in Palma while we were there and our room was on the top floor. There were three porthole windows that, when opened, automatically shut off the AC. There was ONE AC vent in our room (furthest away from the bed) and it was weak at best. It barely cooled the room, and worst of all, at night, it automatically resets to 22 C (71 F!), so if you're out and about, you come home to a sweltering room. It made it hard to sleep.

The ceilings of our room were really low, my husband is tall and he kept hitting his head on the beams :(

It was impossible not to get water from the shower all over the floor, I think the seals on the door/base need to be replaced, water just flowed out from under them.

There are no surfaces to put your items in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was very comfy. The pool area is the perfect place to relax after a stroll through busy Palma, as it’s very calm and not crowded. The location is amazing, right in the center but in a quiet street. We also loved the breakfast which offered lots of variety. The best about the hotel were the staff members - friendly, accommodating, flexible, helpful. You can really tell that they enjoy their work!

Had a nice stay but not sure the room was worth €480 a night.

Pros:
Staff are all lovely and welcoming. Especially the gentleman at breakfast.

We did get early check in and late check out

Breakfast spread offers a large selection and everything is high quality

The hotel has a boutique feel and is beautiful

Cons:
Our superior room was very small—so much so that there was only space for a single chair. There was no desk or dedicated area to sit and do makeup. The bathroom was also quite compact, which made it feel even more cramped.

The room comes with a small outdoor space shared with the neighboring room. Because the door is right by the bed, privacy can be an issue if the other guests choose to sit outside. We were lucky that neither we nor our neighbors used it, but if they had, it could have been uncomfortable, especially late in the evening.
